Dragon Fruit Enzyme


Ingredients:
• Dragon Fruit - 800g
• Grape - 300g
• Dried Longan - 100g
• Oligo 900 - 90g / 15 sachets / or Liquid Oligo 900 - 15 tbsp
• Lime Flower Honey - 250g / ¼ bottle

Methods:
1. Rinse all fruits and keep dry. Remove skin and slice dragon fruits. Cut grape into half, dry longan need not be rinsed.


2. Divide ingredients into 3 portions. Stack ingredients in sequence; dried longan, grape, dragon fruit, Oligo 900 and lime flower honey into the glass jar. Repeat the process with the remaining 2 portions.

3. Seal tight with food wrap after the 3 potions of ingredients are completely stacked in. cover with a lid. Keep in dry cool place for 2 weeks before saving.

4. Mix 30 ml with 10 times of water for serving. Enzyme residue may be added too

Effect:
1. Dragon fruit and grape (grape seeds and skin) contains remarkable concentration of nutrients and the most valuable antioxidant to protect us from the damaging of free radicals, prevent premature aging and result in growing complexion. It is an anemia benefit remedy.

Burdock Banana Enzyme


Ingredients:
· Burdock - 150g
· Banana - 150g
· White Radish - 150g
· Chinese Wolfberry (non-preservative) - 100g
· Oligo 900 - 90g / 15 sachets / or Liquid Oligo 900 - 15 tbsp
· Lime Flower Honey - 250g / ¼ bottle

Methods:
1. Rinse, dry and slice burdock, white radish. Remove skin and slice banana. Chinese wolfberry need not be rinsed.

2. Divide ingredients into 3 potions, stack ingredients in sequence; Chinese wolfberry, burdock, banana, white radish, Oligo 900 and lime flower honey into the glass jar. Repeat the process with the remaining 2 potions.

3. Seal tight with food wrap after the 3 potions of ingredients are completely stacked in. cover with a lid. Keep in dry cool place for 2 weeks before saving.

4. Mix 30 ml with 10 time of water for serving. Enzyme residue may be added too.

Effect:

Shangainese Steam Layer meat Cake

Meat Cake use machine to beat all the ingredients till thick.
300g cold egg ( 5 eggs B )
40g Sp , 200g sugar , 200ml milk (4 tbsp)
1 tsp balcing powder, 220g softasilk flour

Method:
Put ½ of the cake mixture and filling into small cup. Steam for 3 mins, take out add in some more cake mixture and spread in filling and steam for another 10 mins .

Filling:
100g fry onion
400g mince meat
& stalk parsley

Seasoning:
1 tsp black soya sauce
1 ½ tbsp light soya sauce
2 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp salt , 1 tbsp sugar , 1 ½ tbsp corn flour

Method:
Heat oil and pan fry well meat and add in all seasoning. Fry well . Lastly add in the fry onion and parsley.
